Individual Therapy for Older Adolescents and Adults and Couples Therapy and Marriage Counseling

Individual counseling offers a safe and supportive space to slow down and explore what you’re experiencing. At everbloom counseling, I believe that each person has their own unique strengths, wisdom, and capacity for growth. Together, we can explore the challenges you’re facing, better understand your thoughts and feelings, and discover new ways of moving forward.
My goal is to create a genuine, accepting therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable being your whole self. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about having a space to be heard, understood, and supported as you discover what feels right for you and the life you want to create.

Every relationship has a story. There are moments of connection, moments of joy, and moments when it can feel difficult to find your way back to one another. Couples therapy provides a space to pause, listen, and better understand what is happening beneath the surface.
I have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work with couples. Based on decades of research on relationships, the Gottman Method helps couples understand their patterns, strengthen friendship and connection, navigate conflict, and build a relationship rooted in trust, respect, and shared meaning.
I believe that both people deserve to feel safe, seen, and heard in the therapy room. Rather than taking sides or looking for someone to blame, I work to understand each person’s experience and help couples become more curious and compassionate toward one another.
Together, we can explore the ways you communicate, the needs and hopes you each carry, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We can work toward repairing hurts, finding your way through difficult conversations, and creating more moments of connection in everyday life.
You don't have to have everything figured out before coming to couples’ therapy. Sometimes, you simply need a place to slow down and begin listening to each other again.

Sometimes life can feel heavier than we know how to carry. Anxiety may leave you feeling overwhelmed or constantly on edge. Depression can make it difficult to feel connected to yourself, to others, or to the things that once brought you joy. Experiences of trauma can affect how you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you—sometimes long after the experience itself has passed.
Therapy can offer a safe and compassionate place to slow down and make sense of what you’re experiencing. Rather than seeing you as a diagnosis or a collection of symptoms, I want to understand you—your story, your experiences, your strengths, and the ways you have learned to navigate life.
Together, we can gently explore what may be beneath the anxiety, sadness, or patterns that no longer feel helpful. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected as you work toward greater self-understanding, healing, and a renewed sense of connection with yourself and your life.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy can simply be a place to start.

Life is full of transitions, and even positive changes can bring uncertainty, stress, and a sense of being ungrounded. Whether you are beginning a new chapter, adjusting to an unexpected change, or simply finding that the life you once knew no longer feels quite the same, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Transitions may include starting or ending a relationship, marriage or divorce, becoming a parent, children leaving home, changing careers or jobs, moving, adjusting to an empty nest, navigating grief or loss, changes in family dynamics, retirement, or entering a new stage of life.
Therapy can provide a safe and supportive space to slow down, process what you're experiencing, and make room for whatever this season of life is bringing. Together, we can explore what matters most to you, reconnect with your strengths and values, and find a path forward that feels authentic to who you are and who you are becoming.
You are allowed to take your time finding your way through change. Sometimes, having someone beside you can make the transition feel a little less overwhelming.

Grief is a deeply personal experience, and there is no single way to grieve or timeline for healing. The loss of someone or something meaningful can change the way life feels, sometimes leaving you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward.
Grief can come with the death of a loved one, but it can also accompany the end of a relationship, changes in family or friendships, loss of health or independence, a significant life transition, or the loss of hopes and expectations for the future.
Therapy can offer a safe and compassionate space to make room for your grief and all that comes with it. Together, we can gently explore your experience, honor what you have lost, and find ways to carry your grief while continuing to live a meaningful life. My hope is to offer a space where you don't have to minimize your pain, have the “right” words, or feel pressured to move on before you're ready.
You don't have to navigate grief alone. Sometimes healing isn't about letting go, it’s about finding a way to carry what matters with you as you continue forward.

Life can ask a lot of us. Work, relationships, family responsibilities, finances, health concerns, and everyday demands can begin to feel like more than we have the space or energy to carry. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, irritable, exhausted, disconnected, or simply unable to slow down.
Therapy can offer a place to pause and take a breath. Together, we can explore what contributes to the stress you're experiencing, understand how it may be affecting your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and everyday life, and find ways to create more balance and breathing room.
My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity. Rather than judging yourself for feeling overwhelmed, we can work together to better understand what you need and what may help you feel more grounded and connected. I’ll help you recognize your strengths, develop coping strategies that feel right for you, and create space for the things that matter most.
You don't have to keep carrying everything on your own. Sometimes, having a safe place to set some of it down can be the first step toward feeling more like yourself again.
