Everyone deserves access to meaningful, supportive care, and I strive to make therapy as accessible as possible. The standard private pay rate for counseling and therapy services is $125 per session.  There are income-based options for those who qualify. If finances are a concern, we invite you to reach out and explore whether a sliding scale may be available.

I do not accept insurance currently.  I am working with the major insurance companies to become credentialed and (fingers crossed) I will be able to take insurance soon.
